1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the pak222 platform in any capacity — including browsing, depositing funds, placing bets, or participating in promotions — you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with pak222's Privacy Policy and any specific game, bonus, or promotion rules published on the platform.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active pak222 account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak222 login credentials. 4.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your pak222 account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days depending on your bank's processing times. pak222 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — you are responsible for checking with your provider.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by pak222 within the timeframes published on the platform, subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be issued to a payment account registered in the same name as the pak222 account. pak222 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; any unused bonus balance after expiry will be removed from your account automatically.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

pak222 takes a firm stance against bonus abuse. 5.3 Bonus Modifications

6.1 Random Number Generation

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pak222 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. pak222 makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary unavailability. pak222 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and notify players in advance of scheduled maintenance where possible.

You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that losses are a normal part of gambling activity. pak222 is not responsible for gambling losses incurred on the platform by players who use the platform of their own free will.

12. Suspension & Termination

pak222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or collusion, failure to complete KYC verification, provision of false information, or conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than terms violation or fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification.

You may close your pak222 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Closure requests are processed within one business day. Outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

13. Amendments to These Terms

pak222 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time.
